Developing Strengths
On campus, I apply my talent themes to the Southern Leaders Coaching Program. I serve as a coach for the Tier 1 students. As a coach, I use my talent themes a lot. I communicate with the students to pick a best meeting time for everyone, and I use my woo to help everyone feel included and build a sense of community. I use my positivity and futuristic to help teach them to never dwell on the past but to look at how you can improve yourself as a person and a leader. Skills I can acquire by developing my talent themes are interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
I plan to further develop my talent themes by enrolling in Lead 3000, so I can finish up my leadership journey through Georgia Southern and maximize the way I lead. Also, I plan to become very involved in organizations around school and seek leadership positions in those organizations. I plan to use my talent themes at work, so I can grow and develop there as well.
