As an enthusiast, I like to stay very busy and bounce around from activity to activity, so I can get as much enjoyment out of life as possible. People often describe me as upbeat and optimistic. When I walk in to a room I fill it with my presence. My smile and laugh is contagious which is why people call me a ray of sunshine. My favortite color is yellow which fits my personality because I avoid negativity, distract myself from pain, and am very energetic. This type helps the way I lead in teams because I love to be optimistic and look on the bright side of life. At work, I love to stay busy and hate just standing around, so I get as many tasks done in a day  as I can because I like to feel accomplished and hate being bored. My enthusiasm helps me lead a team because I bring joy to the people I serve and I get them to stay engaged.
