When leading change Intent vs impact plays a big role. Intent is how I feel about something and impact is actually taking the action to do so. The most important thing to remember when leading this way is not everyone thinks the same as you do. When I lead my intent is to motivate my team members and show them their talents. The impact I give is the most important to me. I always strive to make sure my intent leaves a good impact on my team members. I will make sure to have open honest communication with my team members to make sure that my actions have the intended outcome.
