Leadership Assessments

Task VS. Relationship Oriented

My leadership style is more task-oriented over relationship-oriented. This showed when we were given the task of building a tower as a group and I focused on giving everyone a task so we could complete our goal.

The Life-Values Inventory really showed me what I tend to pay attention to the most and what I need to spend more time on. This test made me realize that in order for me to grow as a leader I need to spend a little more time focusing on my responsibility, how others are doing, and how to grow creatively. I tend to enjoy privacy and time to myself, so I work on being more open to people and change.

Personality Inventory

ESFP

When I took the Humanmetrics Jung Typology Test I was not surprised by my results. I am very extroverted and I love talking to people, so that is a leadership strength to me. I am very vocal and never like to shy away from a challenge, so I use that to step up and lead my peers. One thing that I need to work on is I think with my feelings. Some times that can be a negative when you are trying to lead a group of people and you need to think rationally and not as emotional.

Extravert (56%) Sensing (31%)

Feeling (28%) Perceiving (19%)
