Short-term Goals

The commonalities I have found between my leadership styles, core values, and personality are that I am very extroverted and independent. These values help guide the way I lead because I am not afraid to speak up and talk to new people. These things also show that I need to improve on my rationality and concern for others. I am very spontaneous and impulsive,so working on my rationality will help me level-headed and improve my leadership.

While I am in college, I want to be involved with many clubs such as the exercise science club and southern leaders. With Southern leaders I hope to someday become a coach, so I can help lead the freshman and help them grow through their freshman year of college.

As I pursue my personal leadership development I am going to make 3 commitments.

1. to go out of my comfort zone and try new things

2.bring out my hidden creativity

3.try to lead more rationally and less emotionally
