I see my talent themes at work while I am involved in a group project, work and on sports teams. People describe me as a very chatty ray of sunshine. I love to look on the positive side of life and hate confrontation or conflict. When I am working on group projects, my talent themes help the team stay positive and facilitate communication so everyone can bring their ideas to the table while being heard. Also, when there is a disagreement I make sure to diffuse the situation to avoid conflict at all costs. I describe woo and communication as friendly, chatty, and easy to talk to. I am also not the person to dwell on the past, I love thinking about the future and the exciting things to come. Based on my talent themes I see my role on the team to be the one of facilitates communication. I would be the person to get everyone together for meeting and help everyone get all of their ideas out to make sure everyone is heard.
